A couple of months ago Diddy announced he was having a contest to find a new personal assistant. Simple rules: candidates post a video on YouTube explaining why they should get the job and he’d shake the best from the rest. Tons of videos flooded the site, but Diddy discovered he needed to clarify the qualities of a personal assistant. It was just a few days ago, with news of his Vodka deal and the Cavalli party, that I thought, who won that assistant job? That question was right on time, yesterday Diddy was on Oprah to announce the winner.
After watching thousands of videos he narrowed it down to three.

You Go Girl! (Though that's a dated saying...you feel me anyhow.) I would be really interested to see how this goes. Maybe they'll do a "reality show" about. Hope so. It would be great to see how she interacts and handles the itty diddy.
