Psalms 37:4 "Delight thyself also in the LORD; and he shall give thee the desires of thine heart." I believe that heaven's gates can be opened by those who delight themselves in the Lord. Just as this child is so delighted in her mother's goodness that her delight results in an emotional overflow, so it shall be with us. When we see the goodness of God, his grace and mercy at work, and begin to realize just how much he has compassion for us. we will begin to delight and to follow him. That is when our hearts become transformed and his promise sure!
